Shifting e-commerce from php to Java? useful, Java

Hi,

I'm a Java developer currently doing e-commerce projects in php ( . But I would much rather use Java, how practical is it to use Java to develop an online store?  . I've  created a few projects with Spring and Hibernate and is looking for some starting point to e-commerce projects using those technologies (Spring, Hibernate, JSP).

I couldn't find anything very useful relating to Java e-commerce, no books nor online tutorials.

Sorry if this is under the wrong topic or if I'm missing something obvious in regards to java e-commerce.
